If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We recommend checking your shipment as soon as it is delivered. If you notice any signs of damage to the packaging or contents, be sure to document it at the time of delivery. When possible, note any visible issues on the delivery receipt. If you cannot open the package immediately but believe there may be a problem, write “suspected damage” before signing.
